Iron Raven is an independent gym in Tonbridge, Kent, run by world champion coaches Jason Swalwell and Helen Redhead. One membership covers the whole building.

The building is laid out in four training areas. The barbell floor is for squat, bench and deadlift — racks, platforms and competition-grade kit. There’s a dedicated dumbbell room, a leg room with leg press and belt squat, and upstairs you’ll find the machine suite and cardio. One membership covers all of it, with room to train without queuing for kit.

Members come from Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Maidstone. Some want to get fitter, some are learning to lift, and some compete. Powerlifters travel from across the South East for the competition kit.
