Set up your coaching

Before you pay

• This is a rolling monthly subscription. Your card is charged today and then on the same date each month until you cancel.
• Every monthly payment is non-refundable. Once a month has been paid for we do not refund it in whole or in part, whatever the reason.
• You can cancel any time by emailing us. Your coaching runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Coaching is delivered remotely through our app, video review, and messaging. It does not include gym access at Iron Raven.
• We aim to reply to messages within 24 hours on working days, and your programme is reviewed and adjusted at the intervals set out in your plan.
